Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories included, if applicable

For claims related to a damaged item, wrong item, missing item, or any issue with the order, the customer must provide a clear parcel opening video recorded at the time of opening the package.

A valid proof, such as clear photos or an opening video, may be required to review the claim. Without a parcel opening video or valid proof, the return or exchange request may not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The customer does not provide valid proof for damaged, wrong, or missing items
  • The item is marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

Once the return request is approved, customers will be guided about the return process.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side, such as a wrong or damaged item received.
