Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
During sales, promotions, public holidays, or high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

Saudi Arabia: 5 to 10 business days
Qatar: 5 to 10 business days

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
From time to time, StylesNest may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may apply only to selected products, countries, or order values.

Customers must provide complete and correct delivery information, including:

- Complete address
- Active phone number
- City and country
- Any important delivery instructions, if needed
StylesNest is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
6. Order Confirmation
Orders may be confirmed through email, phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS, depending on the order and delivery method.
If we are unable to confirm an order or contact the customer, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier services may attempt delivery according to their own delivery process. If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, or provides an incorrect address, the parcel may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.
Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
8. Delays and Issues
We always try our best to deliver orders within the estimated time. However, delays may happen due to courier service issues, customs, holidays, weather, or other unexpected situations.
If your order is delayed, please contact our support team with your order number.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If the customer receives a damaged, wrong, or missing item, they must contact us as soon as possible with valid proof.
A clear parcel opening video or clear photos may be required to review the claim. Without valid proof, the claim may not be accepted.
